Hi, I’m Jenn

Founder of AnchoredPointe Solutions — and the person you’d be working with.

For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside senior leaders in fast-moving, high-stakes environments — most recently as Chief of Staff within the Legal organization at HP, Inc., where I partnered with the executive team and peers to translate priorities into measurable outcomes, build disciplined operating cadence, and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across Legal, HR, and Finance.

Before that, I held progressive roles at HP across executive operations, employee experience, and program management — and earlier in my career, I supported senior leaders at Amazon, Sono Bello, and other organizations. My career began in law as a paralegal and office manager, which taught me the discretion, judgment, and attention to detail that have anchored every role since.

What I've learned across those years is simple: leaders do their best work when they have the space to think, decide, and lead — without being buried in the operational weight required to execute. I started AnchoredPointe Solutions to give founders, executives, and growing teams the kind of structured, steady partnership that's hard to find.

Where I’ve supported leaders

  • HP, Inc. | 2018–2025 | Chief of Staff · Employee Experience Manager · Program Manager · Senior Executive Assistant

  • Sono Bello | 2016–2018 | Senior Executive Assistant & Office Manager

  • Amazon | 2013–2016 | Senior Executive Assistant

  • Packaging Corporation of America | 2012–2013 | Executive Assistant

  • J.E. Sutton & Associates | 2003–2012 | Paralegal & Office Manager

Across each role, the throughline has been the same: helping senior leaders move complex work forward with clarity, follow-through, and quiet competence.

How I work

A Chief-of-Staff lens, grounded in years of operations

I think about your business the way I think about my own — anticipating what’s coming, connecting priorities, and making sure no one is left guessing what “good” looks like.

Calm, capable execution under real pressure

Two decades supporting senior leaders — through reorgs, transitions, sensitive workforce planning, full board and OKR cycles — has taught me that steadiness is contagious. When the work is complex, I bring the calm.

Discretion and judgment, built from the start

My career began in law. Confidentiality and sound judgment aren't features of how I work — they're the foundation. Senior leaders trust me with what they can't say to anyone else.

I live at the base of Mt. Rainier in Buckley, Washington, where my husband and I are in our first year building a small lavender, honey, and cut flower farm — a different kind of long-game project, full of planning, patience, and a lot to learn.

I came by the operator mindset honestly. My dad owned an electrical contracting company growing up, and my mom built and ran several businesses of her own. Watching them work taught me early that running something well — whether it's a contracting company, a Fortune 100 legal organization, or a small farm — takes the same things: clarity, follow-through, and showing up every day.

I'm also a proud mom to a daughter at Montana State University. I raised her as a single mom through high school, and watching her find her own footing in college has been one of the great joys of my life.
